1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1 These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and wdg188. By completing the account registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions and agree to be bound by them.

2.2 These Terms & Conditions apply in conjunction with any game-specific rules, bonus terms, privacy policy, and responsible gaming policy published on the Platform. In the event of a conflict, these Terms & Conditions take precedence unless a specific document expressly states otherwise.

2.3 wdg188 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of material changes will be communicated via the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account and use any service on the Platform. This requirement is strictly enforced. wdg188 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any stage. Any Account found to belong to an individual under 21 will be suspended immediately and any Balance returned (less any amounts that cannot be recovered) in accordance with applicable procedures.

3.2 Residency. The Platform is operated for and marketed to players based in Indonesia. By registering, you represent and warrant that your use of the Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you reside and that you are not accessing the Platform from a restricted territory.

3.3 Mental Capacity. You confirm that you are of sound mind and capable of taking responsibility for your own actions when using the Platform. If you are suffering from a gambling addiction or have been previously self-excluded from any gaming platform, you must not register an Account on wdg188.

3.4 Single Account. Each eligible individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. Registering or operating multiple Accounts — whether through different email addresses, devices, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. See Section 9 for consequences.

4. Account Registration

4.1 To access wdg188 services, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, email address, date of birth, Indonesian mobile number, and a secure password.

4.2 You warrant that all information provided during registration is true and correct. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

4.3 wdg188 reserves the right to decline any account registration application without providing a reason.

4.4 You are responsible for keeping your Account details current. If your registered email address, mobile number, or bank details change, you must update them through the Account settings page or by contacting support at [email protected] before initiating any transaction.

5. Account Security & KYC Verification

5.1 Login Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. wdg188 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.

5.2 Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify wdg188 support immediately via live chat. wdg188 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

5.3 Two-Factor Authentication. wdg188 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. 2FA can be configured via Account Settings → Security. Once enabled, a one-time code is required at every login in addition to your password.

5.4 KYC Verification. Prior to processing your first withdrawal — and at wdg188's discretion at any subsequent point — you will be required to complete a KYC identity verification process. This requires submission of:

• A legible copy or photograph of a valid government-issued photo identification document (KTP / national identity card, or passport);
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your BCA, BRI, or e-wallet account showing your name and account number);
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested by the wdg188 compliance team.

5.5 Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by wdg188 may result in suspension of withdrawal access until verification is completed. wdg188 will not hold any funds beyond what is necessary for compliance purposes.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

All deposits to your wdg188 Balance must be made using an approved payment method in the Player's own name. Accepted methods include bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, and Bank Permata, and e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 20.000 for e-wallets and Rp 50.000 for bank transfers. wdg188 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the Player's name.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the wdg188 Account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 for e-wallets and Rp 100.000 for bank transfers. wdg188 targets processing times of under 3 minutes for e-wallet withdrawals and under 5 minutes for bank transfers under normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Before a withdrawal request will be processed, the following conditions must be satisfied:

• KYC verification must be completed (first withdrawal only, unless re-verification is triggered);
• Any active Bonus Funds must have met their applicable Wagering Requirement or been forfeited;
• The Account must be in good standing (not subject to any investigation, restriction, or suspension);
• The deposit used to fund the Balance must have cleared and not been subject to reversal or chargeback.

6.4 Anti-Money Laundering

wdg188 applies AML controls to all transactions. Deposits must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal of the deposited principal is permitted, as a basic AML control measure. wdg188 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending additional AML checks and to report suspicious transaction patterns to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 wdg188 offers a range of bonuses, reload promotions, cashback programmes, and seasonal offers. Each promotion is governed by its own set of specific terms and conditions published alongside the offer. The general provisions below apply to all wdg188 promotions unless specific terms state otherwise.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds must meet the applicable Wagering Requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering Requirements vary by promotion and are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10x, 15x, 30x) applied to the bonus amount or the combined deposit-plus-bonus amount, as specified per offer.

7.3 Eligible Games. Not all games contribute equally toward the Wagering Requirement. Live casino games, slots, sportsbook bets, and specialty games may carry different contribution percentages. These are set out in each promotion's specific terms.

7.4 Expiry. Bonus Funds and associated Wagering Requirements carry an expiry period. Bonus Funds not used and Wagering Requirements not completed within the stated period will be forfeited automatically. The expiry period is stated in each individual promotion's terms.

7.5 Bonus Abuse. wdg188 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and withhold withdrawals where a Player is found to have engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to: registering multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms rather than for genuine entertainment; colluding with other players to fulfil wagering requirements. Determinations of bonus abuse are made at the sole discretion of the wdg188 compliance team.

7.6 One Bonus at a Time. Only one bonus may be active in a Player's Account at any given time unless the applicable promotion expressly permits otherwise.

8. Gameplay Rules

8.1 Each game category available on the wdg188 platform — including live casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo, game shows), sportsbook, slots, and specialty games — is governed by its own game-specific rules published within the game interface or on the relevant section of the Platform.

8.2 In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session (disconnection, server error, software failure), the outcome of the affected round may be voided and any stake returned to the Player's Balance. Where a result has already been determined and recorded on the server prior to the error, that result will stand.

8.3 wdg188 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where pricing or odds were published as a result of a manifest error. Manifest errors include obviously incorrect pricing (e.g., odds of 1000/1 on a near-certain outcome), typographical errors, and data feed failures.

8.4 Sportsbook. All sportsbook wagers are subject to the official result of the relevant sporting event as determined by the governing body. For live in-play markets, bets are accepted subject to cut-off times set by the wdg188 sportsbook engine. Settled bets will not be reversed except in the case of manifest error or a change in official result by the governing body within the permitted results-amendment window.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wdg188 platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and may result in legal action:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or a different identity;
• Using the Account of another person or allowing a third party to use your Account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration, verification, or payment process;
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute a deposit through your bank or e-wallet after the funds have been credited and used on the Platform;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in place of a human player;
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage, match-fixing, or collusion with other players or third parties;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain without immediately reporting the issue to wdg188 support;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is illegal;
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward wdg188 staff or other players via live chat or any other communication channel.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on the wdg188 Platform — including but not limited to the wdg188 brand name and logo, website design, software, game interfaces (as licensed from third-party studios), text, graphics, promotional materials, and data — is the property of wdg188 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, modify, distribute, sublicense, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content.

10.3 The game content accessible via wdg188 — including titles from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft — remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is licensed to wdg188 for use on the Platform. Players have no rights in respect of such third-party game content beyond the right to play.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

13. Limitation of Liability

13.1 The wdg188 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wdg188 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13.2 wdg188 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if wdg188 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

13.3 wdg188's total aggregate liability to any Player for direct losses arising out of any single incident shall not exceed the amount of verified Balance held in the Player's Account at the time of the incident.

13.4 wdg188 is not liable for: network outages or connectivity failures outside wdg188's control; losses resulting from a Player's failure to keep login credentials secure; losses resulting from a Player's use of the Platform in breach of these Terms & Conditions; or the results of any wager placed on the Platform.

13.5 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits wdg188's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any matter that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

14. Suspension & Termination

14.1 wdg188 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that: a breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred; the Account is being used for fraudulent, abusive, or criminal purposes; KYC verification has not been completed within a reasonable timeframe; or the continued operation of the Account poses a risk to Platform integrity or other players.

14.2 A Player may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting wdg188 support via live chat or at [email protected]. Upon closure, any verified Balance remaining in the Account (after deduction of Bonus Funds not meeting applicable conditions) will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

14.3 Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, wdg188 will communicate the reason to the Player and the expected resolution timeline to the extent permitted by the investigation. Funds held in a suspended Account are preserved and not forfeited solely on the basis of the suspension.

15. Amendments to These Terms

15.1 wdg188 may update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they could reasonably affect a Player's decision to use the Platform — wdg188 will provide at least seven (7) days' notice via a notice displayed on the Platform or by email to the Player's registered address.

15.2 For non-material amendments (such as clarifications of existing provisions, corrections of typographical errors, or updated contact details), changes take effect immediately upon publication without prior notice.

15.3 The version of these Terms & Conditions bearing the latest effective date listed in the page header is the version in force. Players are encouraged to review these Terms & Conditions periodically.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

16.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of contract and gaming law, as applied by the wdg188 compliance team in the administration of the Platform.

16.2 In the event of a dispute, Players should contact wdg188 support in the first instance. The wdg188 dispute resolution team aims to resolve all account, payment, and game-related disputes within 5 business days of a formal complaint being lodged. 16.3 The decision of the wdg188 compliance team in matters involving Platform integrity, bonus abuse, fraud, or AML compliance is final and binding.
